Regarding chest infection

I am asking this question of behalf of my grandmother.2 days back her oxygen saturation is hovering around 76 to 85.We immediately took her to the hospital where o2 level was 86 at night.She is asthmatic from past 35 years.She is having high bp ,sugar and thyroid for which take regular medicines.Bp recorded at hospital initially  was 216/84 then had come down to 168/82.Ecg and echos was normal .Troponin was also normal. Chest x ray was not good so doctor suggested hs ct scan for which i am attaching her report.Her tlc count at the time of admission was 15700 as of today tlc count was 14500.Bp and sugar are now controlled as of today.But she is feeling better talking to us but doctor said next 48 hours are critical and crucial.Please suggest something.

Ace level continously increasing.

I have history of lung sarcoidosis. Which was in remission but this month and ace were never elevated but now ace is continously increasing . But doc said nothing to worry about ace and did not give me any medicine. What is relevancy of elevated ace?

Brain tb involvement in tb

4 mg dexa is started after mri brain and CSF analysis with anti tb drug lenozolid levoflox ethambutol streptomycin . Isoniazid is restarting gradually bcz of liver injury will all the above mentioned drug will be sufficient to treat brain tb as pyrazinamide is causing liver injury

Swelling in chest and pain in that area

I have attached the CT Scan , in right chest i have minor swelling and pain when i take deep breath. Pain is not sharp and not regular. Pls suggest me if i need more test . I have dry cough as well . Dr has prescribed antibiotics. I used to smoke before 15 days 3 cigarettes daily and alcoholic as well.

I have had pa in my sternum for 2.5years

I have a pain in my sternum for 2.5years, the pain is coming quite often nowadays. I showed a plumnalogist multiple times but it didn't help much. I'm not sure which doctor to consult. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did a blood  test recently and have low vitamin D and B12 deficiency.
