Can I ride in bike in 1st three month of pregnancy for a 6-10 KM? Is it affect in pregnancy? Please suggest.

Endometrial thickness
My last MLP was on 15.03.2024. Prior to that, I was on Femilion. As I was on it for a good number of years, I was asked to stop Femilion. Please note, I was not sexually active on that cycle. I waited for my cycles till 17.03.2024. Since I did get not my periods, I went on to take Meprate. On 20.04.2024, there was no Intercourse. But vaginal rubbing. Fearing that, I was made to take I pill. Post that, no sexual activity at all. Anyway, I did Beta HCG up until 35th day of the act. All were negative. I stopped Meprate on 15.05.2024. I did a couple of tests 1. Usg - Endometrial thickness was around 5 4 mm 2. LH 1.15 3. F. S. H 3.61 4. Prolactin 18.16 5. T3 96.03 6.T4 9.38 7. TSH 1.37 Even now, there is no sexual activity. So when to expect periods? Is this endometrial thickness good enough for withdrawal bleeding?
Increase in heterochromatin length
Its been a year since I got married where I've had 2 missed abortions (both in 7-9 weeks with no heartbeat seen). So my husband and I decided to give samples for both blood and foetal karyotyping. My results are normal. But The blood results of my husband shows that he has an increase in the heterochromatin length of the long arm of the Y chromosome but says its a normal variation. So I just wanna know if this has got anything to do with miscarriage. If yes, please provide me an insight of treatment for the same. Foetal karyotyping results are awaited.
